Meet the People (and Cats) Behind CarBuddy.is
CarBuddy.is started with just the two of us – one car, two cats, and the idea that travel should feel personal. Today, we still run things hands-on, but we also work with a small, trusted circle of local drivers and guides who help make it all happen.
You might meet Matt or Adriana in person. You might ride with someone from our extended crew. Either way – you’re in good hands.
Matt
Chaos Coordinator & Storyteller-in-Chief
Can’t stand taxis. Talks too much. Lives for last-minute transfers that somehow work out perfectly. Once told a guest there’s no snow in Iceland - hasn’t forgiven himself since. Sleeps poorly if a review isn’t 5 stars. Favorite quote: “We’ll fix it. I have a plan.”
Adriana
Digital Wizard & Secret Tourism Nerd
Built the website. Introspective. Quiet in real life, deadly efficient online. Savage to Matt, somehow adored by guests. The calm in Matt’s chaos. Her phone is always dirty. No one knows why. Favorite activity: Optimizing. Everything.
Enzo
Director of Logistics
Dignified. Patient – to a point. Likes being carried (on his terms). Eats like a Viking. If Enzo wants something, you’ll know. And you’ll give it to him.
Ori
Head of Security (and Cuteness)
Small. Fierce. Nap-loving. Master of facial expressions and putting neighborhood cats in line. If you wake her up, you’ve made an enemy for life.
