CarBuddy started with a simple idea: just the two of us, one car, two cats, and the idea that travel should feel personal. We wanted travel to feel like visiting a friend, not a transaction.
Today, we have grown into a dedicated boutique travel agency in Iceland. While we still run things hands-on, we now coordinate a trusted circle of local drivers and guides who share our philosophy. You might meet Matt or Adriana in person, or you might ride with someone from our extended crew. Either way – you’re in good hands.
We are a fully licensed tour operator authorized by the Icelandic Tourist Board.
