Customized Tours: Cancellations over 72 hours in advance are fully refunded; within 72 hours, no refund is provided.

Drivers wait up to 60 minutes at airports, 30 minutes at ports, and 20 minutes at hotels. Extra waiting time can be arranged for an additional fee.

Standard luggage includes one suitcase (max. 100L) or medium-large backpack. Additional items like strollers or sports equipment must be declared at booking.
